Mrs. Gray is FANTASTIC!!! She is very patient and very level-headed. Professional. She will see your deal through to the end.  When I thought all hope was lost and having a complete meltdown on my deal and ready to throw in the towel.  Mrs. Gray remained steady, calm and a rock!  She pulled all sides together with competence and communication.  Ultimately, due to her sheer intelligence, patience, wisdom and effectiveness, my deal closed and went very smoothly.
